The MAP Engenharia e Construção team is currently engaged in an exciting new project: the Vivva Setúbal residential development, which is actively underway. This ambitious project represents a significant addition to the vibrant housing market in Setúbal, blending modern living with convenience and thoughtful design.

Located at the intersection of Av. Pedro Álvares Cabral and Av. do Alentejo, in the São Sebastião area of Setúbal, the Vivva Setúbal project boasts a total construction area of approximately 30,000 m². Upon completion, it will feature 237 apartments ranging from T1 to T4 layouts, with construction areas between 62 m² and 165 m², providing a diverse range of housing options to suit different lifestyles. In this first phase of the project, 72 apartments will be constructed, laying the foundation for the entire development.

Each apartment within Vivva Setúbal will offer private parking, as well as exclusive access to the condominium’s well-designed common areas, including gardens, a gym, and a swimming pool, enhancing the living experience and providing a tranquil oasis within the bustling city.
