MAP Engenharia e Constru\u00e7\u00e3o carried out the construction of lots 14 and 15 of the residential development “As Villas,” located on the outskirts of Lisbon, just 5 minutes from the Odivelas metro station. “As Villas” is a large urbanization comprising a total of 1,100 housing units, featuring contemporary architecture designed to meet the housing needs and demands of all families.<\/p>\n\n
The two buildings constructed by MAP Engenharia e Constru\u00e7\u00e3o consist of 60 apartments, with T2 and T3 layouts, each equipped with balconies or terraces. Additionally, all apartments include a private storage space and an area designated for car parking. There is also a shared condominium room with internet access, ideal for coworking spaces. This development was built with a focus on sustainable energy consumption through the equipment and materials used.<\/p>\n\n
Following the success of this collaboration, which resulted in the completion of lots 14 and 15 of the “As Villas” project, the international real estate developer Hercesa once again placed its trust in MAP and awarded the construction of another phase of this project, lots 12 and 13, which will include 64 housing units and has already begun.<\/p>\n\n
