MAP Engenharia e Constru\u00e7\u00e3o, Lda., a leading company in the construction and renovation sector and part of MAP Group, is looking to strengthen its Technical-Commercial Department with a Civil Enginee<\/strong>r (M\/F) for its Lisbon<\/strong> team.<\/p>\n

Main responsibilities:<\/strong>
\u2713 Oversee and coordinate construction projects alongside all Production Support Departments;
\u2713 Prepare project re-budgeting;
\u2713 Tender, negotiate, and award subcontracting and supply contracts;
\u2713 Strictly execute and monitor the project\u2019s work schedule;
\u2713 Daily management of human resources (sizing of site teams), materials, equipment, and costs, always ensuring quality and compliance with hygiene, safety, and environmental regulations;
\u2713 Supervise quality, safety, and environmental controls on site in coordination with the Safety Technician and Site Supervisor;
\u2713 Prepare measurement certificates for subcontractors and production certificates with the Client;
\u2713 Manage contractual relations with the Client and site supervision;
\u2713 Economic control of the contract.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Required qualifications:<\/strong>
\u2713 Degree or integrated Master\u2019s degree in Civil Engineering;
\u2713 Minimum 5 years of experience in Construction Management in reputable companies;
\u2713 Strong communication skills;
\u2713 Proficiency in spoken and written English;
\u2713 General IT knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Project.<\/p>\n
