The iconic GC30 Building, now the Acta MOA Hotel, originally constructed in the 1970s, went through a complete rehabilitation to breathe new life into one of the most prominent buildings on Avenida Gago Coutinho, near Areeiro. This ambitious renovation project transformed the building into a mixed-use space, perfectly balancing commercial and residential areas. The lower five floors house modern offices, while the upper twelve floors were converted into approximately 197 rental apartments.

The modernization of the building goes beyond individual units, offering a wide range of communal services and shared spaces designed for the comfort and convenience of residents and users.
