The latest contract awarded is for the RCC Alvalade Building, a premium residential development set to make a striking mark on the city’s urban landscape.
With a gross construction area of 7.000 sqm, this project is located in the emblematic Alvalade district and will feature 40 apartments, ranging from one- to three-bedroom units, designed to combine comfort, contemporary design, and functionality.

The architectural concept of RCC Alvalade is signed by renowned architect Manuel Aires Mateus, celebrated for his visionary and minimalist approach. The building’s continuous mirrored glass façade reflects natural light and blends seamlessly into the urban landscape, giving the project an elegant and contemporary character.
