MAP Engenharia e Construção, part of the MAP Group, has been selected to lead the construction of one of the most ambitious tourism projects in southern Portugal: a new luxury Resort, located in the stunning area of Meia Praia, Lagos.

Promoted by Sonae Sierra, in partnership with PGIM Real Estate and IHSP – Iberian Hospitality Solutions, and led by Reify, this project marks another important milestone in consolidating MAP’s position as a national benchmark in premium construction.

With an investment exceeding €60 million, this 5-star resort will offer 158 accommodation units, distributed across a gross construction area of approximately 20,000 sqm, along with 22,500 sqm of landscaped outdoor areas that blend seamlessly into the surrounding natural environment.
