We carried out the complete fitout of the office for APPII (Portuguese Association of Property Developers and Investors), located in the iconic Torres das Amoreiras in Lisbon.

This renovation project was designed to create a work environment that reflects the identity and values of APPII, combining functionality with sophisticated aesthetics. The office is equipped with elegant colors and high-quality materials that intertwine harmoniously, providing a space that is not only beautiful but also practical and efficient.

One of the main highlights of the new office is the abundant natural light that floods the spaces, creating a pleasant and stimulating atmosphere. The large windows not only offer a stunning view of the city of Lisbon but also promote a visual connection with the outside, contributing to a more inspiring work environment.

The layouts were planned to optimize collaboration among teams, featuring open areas that facilitate communication and teamwork, while private zones provide space for meetings and concentration. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from ergonomic furniture to integrated technological solutions, ensuring that the office meets functional needs while also providing comfort and well-being for employees.
