As part of Bluespace’s expansion plan in Portugal, MAP Engenharia e Construção successfully completed the construction of the new Bluespace Center in Carnaxide, strengthening the company’s presence in the temporary storage market. This project consists of a modern logistics building, specially developed for the operation and leasing of storage spaces ranging from 1 to 200 m², offering flexible solutions to meet the diverse needs of customers.

With a total area of 8,200 m², the building comprises an underground floor and four above-ground floors, including a support store that provides a wide range of packaging materials, making storage management easier for users. This unit was designed to be functional and efficient, with high-quality infrastructure that ensures maximum convenience and security for its customers.

The exterior design of Bluespace Carnaxide was also carefully planned and executed, including the creation of green spaces, optimized access roads, and a parking lot, providing a pleasant and accessible environment for customers and employees alike.

Bluespace is currently the leading operator of self-storage in Spain, with over 70 centers in various European cities, including Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia, Bilbao, Vitoria, Seville, Lisbon, and Paris, positioning itself as a market leader in the self-storage sector. The new center in Carnaxide is a strategic step to expand this presence in Portugal and reinforce the company’s commitment to practical and high-quality storage solutions.
