The project pertains to a modern and multifunctional building, consisting of 3 underground floors and 7 above-ground floors, located in the heart of Lisbon. This development has been carefully planned to integrate common areas and residential spaces, promoting an environment of community and functionality.

The floors ranging from -3 to 0 will be dedicated to the common areas of the building, including technical areas and commercial spaces that will provide convenience and services to residents and visitors. Floors 1 to 6 will be reserved for residential purposes, offering modern and comfortable apartments, while floor 0 will feature commercial spaces, creating a vibrant meeting point for the local community. The underground floors will serve as parking, ensuring easy access and convenience for the residents.

The planned interventions for the execution of this project include a series of fundamental steps, such as: excavation and peripheral containment, construction of the reinforced concrete structure, and installation of high-quality finishes and special systems.

The building will comprise a total of 11 apartments, each designed to offer comfort and modernity, catering to the needs of future residents and contributing to the revitalization of the urban area.
