We carried out the rehabilitation of the D. Luís Offices, with a gross area of 15,000 sqm, located in an increasingly sought-after area, next to the renovated Mercado da Ribeira and the new EDP headquarters. This intervention aimed not only to revitalize the space but also to meet the demand for modern and functional work environments in the city.

The rehabilitation of the D. Luís Office Building was designed to offer a wide range of amenities that enhance the work experience. Among its key features is a state-of-the-art gym, designed to promote the well-being and health of its users, and a café that provides a welcoming space for relaxation and socialization.

Additionally, the rehabilitation included the creation of a new rooftop with a stunning hanging garden, which not only beautifies the building but also offers a relaxing space with panoramic views of the city. This space is ideal for informal meetings or simply for enjoying a moment of tranquility in the urban environment.

To complement these amenities, the D. Luís Offices building also has an underground parking garage with a capacity for 146 vehicles, ensuring users ease and convenience in accessing the space. With this rehabilitation, we aim to create a work environment that combines functionality, comfort, and a strong connection to the dynamism of the surrounding area.
