The rehabilitation work of the Entreparedes Buildings 1 to 5, located in the vibrant city of Porto, represents an important initiative in revitalizing the region’s tourist accommodation sector. This ambitious project, led by MAP Engineering and Construction, aims to transform a historic building into a contemporary space that combines the architectural charm of the past with modern needs for comfort and functionality.

The ongoing intervention includes the rehabilitation of four existing floors, distributed across two distinct volumes: the main volume and the back volume, with a central courtyard that provides a pleasant outdoor space. This courtyard will be a central element of the project, offering a relaxing and inviting environment for guests.

The rehabilitated building will feature 18 exclusive and modern accommodation units, designed to provide a unique experience for visitors to the city. With a total capacity of 43 beds, each unit will be equipped with high-quality amenities, reflecting a contemporary design and meticulous attention to detail. The common areas will be designed to promote interaction among guests, creating a warm and social atmosphere.

In addition to enhancing the historical heritage of the city, the rehabilitation of the Entreparedes Buildings 1 to 5 aims to contribute to the increase of tourist accommodation options in one of the most sought-after regions of Portugal.
