The rehabilitation of a 6-story building, with a gross area of 6,000 sqm, was an ambitious project that resulted in the addition of 3 more floors, transforming it into the first “Mama Shelter” hotel in the Iberian Peninsula. This venture marks a significant milestone in the region’s contemporary hospitality offerings, bringing an innovative and irreverent concept that stands out for its originality and style.
The hotel features a total of 130 rooms, all designed with a modern and welcoming aesthetic, providing guests with a comfortable and vibrant environment. In addition to the rooms, the property boasts an exceptional dining area with a capacity for 400 people, spread across four distinct spaces, each with its own identity and atmosphere.
Among the dining options, a terrace with seating for 60 people stands out, making it an ideal spot to enjoy al fresco meals in a relaxed setting. An internal courtyard accommodates up to 40 people, offering an intimate and tranquil space for socializing. The hotel also features a restaurant that promises a unique dining experience, with a diverse menu reflecting the essence of the brand. Lastly, the rooftop, with a capacity for 160 people, offers stunning views and serves as a perfect space for relaxation and socializing, making it a popular gathering spot for both guests and locals.
This unique and irreverent space has been designed to provide a differentiated experience, where each area has been carefully crafted to inspire creativity and foster interaction. The hotel’s concept incorporates elements of contemporary design, art, and culture, creating a vibrant environment that attracts both tourists and local residents. Mama Shelter is not just a place to stay; it is a complete experience that invites guests to explore, socialize, and enjoy memorable moments.
