This rehabilitation of a residential building located at Rua de Pedrouços No. 27/29, Lisbon, consisted of the almost complete demolition of the existing building, maintaining and rehabilitating only the main façade, for the subsequent execution of a new reinforced concrete superstructure.

The new building is developed along 4 floors, where one large apartment was built for each raised floor, with a fantastic view over the Tejo River and the Belém Tower, also having in the ground floor a shop, offices and an outdoor parking.

This work has a very interesting feature, which is the existence of an access tunnel to the office buildings in the patio area, mixing a modern with a traditional architecture.
