Description

The comprehensive rehabilitation project of two buildings located on Rua Luísa Todi, in the iconic and historic Bairro Alto in Lisbon, exemplifies the fusion between tradition and modernity in the heart of one of the city’s most emblematic areas. These two buildings, with traditional architectural features, have been transformed into a modern residential condominium that reflects the demands of contemporary urban living, while preserving the charm and cultural heritage of this vibrant neighborhood.

With a total of six floors above ground, the new condominium offers 22 exclusive apartments and two commercial spaces on the ground floor, contributing to the revitalization of local commerce and the social dynamism of Bairro Alto. This project was marked by a high level of engineering complexity, due to the need for deep interior demolitions, while maintaining the integrity of the original facades.

The apartments, available in various layouts, were designed to meet the expectations of a discerning clientele that values high-quality finishes and urban comfort. The units were conceived with a focus on functionality and aesthetics, offering balconies and terraces that allow residents to enjoy the outdoors and the views over the city.

Access control and security were also prioritized, with the installation of a modern elevator, advanced electronic security systems, and automation solutions that facilitate access management and ensure the protection of residents. Accessibility was a central concern in the development of the building, ensuring that all common areas and apartments are adapted for people with reduced mobility.
