Cláudia Rosado new Human Resources Director

MAP Engenharia, a leader in the construction and refurbishment sector, announced on 20 May the appointment of Cláudia Rosado as its new Human Resources Director. With a solid track record of more than 20 years in Human Resources and significant international experience in countries such as Guinea, Rwanda and Angola, Cláudia brings to the company valuable experience gained in prestigious organisations such as Mota-Engil and PSA Peugeot Citroen.

With a degree in Law from the Universidade Lusíada and advanced training in Human Resources Management from ISCSP, as well as an Executive Master’s Degree from the Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics, Cláudia is currently completing another Master’s Degree in the same field at ISCSP. Her strategic vision and leadership skills are seen as crucial to the growth of MAP Engenharia, which is expected to reach a turnover of over €70 million by 2024, with a portfolio of works worth over €100 million.

José Rui Meneses e Castro, co-founder and managing partner of MAP Engenharia, points out that “Cláudia’s experience will be crucial in taking MAP to a new level in the property market, focusing in particular on the critical issue of retaining talent and skilled workers”.
