MAP ENGENHARIA WITH NEW BUSINESS UNITS

MAP Engenharia, a Portuguese engineering and construction company with more than 120 completed projects, headquartered in Lisbon and a branch in the North of Portugal, is now operating in new business areas dedicated to the construction and real estate sectors, as well as presenting a new rebranding. The official presentation will take place on 2 October at 6pm at the Cineteatro Capitólio in Lisbon, with Map’s co-founders and managing directors, José Rui Meneses e Castro and Diogo Abecasis.

After several years in the market, MAP Engenharia is now investing in five new business areas, with the aim of extending its offers and services to the property sector. This evolution is accompanied by a new image for the company, which has more than 150 employees and has dedicated its services to the construction of major projects in all sectors of the market: residential, office, hotel, commercial, services, industrial and logistics.

In Portugal, MAP has made sustained progress in the domestic market, with steady annual growth (average of 15% over the last 3 years) and expects to double its turnover by 2024.

The Portuguese construction company now operates in different segments to provide a more comprehensive and specialised response to the construction and property sectors.

MAP Engenharia has projects worth more than 150 million euros in the pipeline and plans to create more than 300 new jobs.

With its headquarters in Lisbon and an office in Porto, MAP Engenharia is a company recognised in the industry for its quality, innovation, excellence and punctuality in the property and construction sector.
